Not that kind of buns.
So if your anything like me and you are always running late to everything you go, you need some speedy fast to do with your self so you don't look like you got attacked by a pack of hyenas when you leave the door.
So what is a girl to do with 5 seconds to spare?
Well have no fear, that's what the messy bun is for!
So from one girl to another, here is how to do your hair in 5 seconds.
For warning to all of you. The lighting is super bad, and it looks like I'm not wearing a shirt.
No worries...I am.
Step 1: Get your supplies ready. Hair brush, pony tail, bobbie pins &/or clips.
Step 2: If you haven't already done so, dry your hair, and just let it be. Don't straiten in or curl it, give your hair a break and don't fry it today. Your hair will be thankful, I promise.
Step 3: Things just got real. Time to start actually do the bun. Have your hairbrush in hand, and your pony tail too.
Step 4: Brush your hair any where you want it. Side bun? Brush your hair to the side? Want on on the top of your head? Then brush all your glorious hair up there, like I did. That simple. ( See its not to hard, super easy stuff ! )
Step 5: Secure your hair with a pony tail. As you wrap your pony tail around your hair, on that last tid bit do not pull your hair all the way through, other wise you just have a basic ponytail. Instead just pull it half way through. Dont know what I mean? Look at the picture. Visual aids are amazing, I know.
Step 6: Ta da... Now theres this wear lop sided bun thing-a-majig on the top of your head! Not what you were expecting right?
Step 7: Time to get cracking. Grab those bobbie pins and start pinning away.
Still Step 7: Useful trick I use. Grab a thick strand of hair from the bun and pull it out. With that strand, wrap it completely around the bun. This will give it a rounder look and pull it all together so it wont look so frumpy.
TADA! Once you are done, it should look a little bit like this! See SUPER EASY! Once you get the hang of it, it seriously just takes a second to do.
....But wait? Whats that? You still have 3 seconds to spare to get ready for the day! Oh happy joy! Now to dress up the bun.
Step 1: Grab your favorite scarf, handkerchief...what ever. For this tutorial I chose my favorite Hermes scarf that use to be my mothers back in the day.
Step 2: Fold it in half, just like I'm showing you in the picture above.
Step 3: Fold it down to where it becomes the shape of a giant rectangle. Make sure your folds are big, like in the picture I'm showing you other wise it wont look the same. Trust me I've already tried.
Step 4: Wrap it around your head just like this.
Step 5: Bring it up and twist it, so it will secure tightly onto your head.
Still Step 5: Once twisted it will look like this. and your DONE!
....NOT! But close. Unless you really want to go out into the world with it hanging like that...then by all means go for it!
Step 6: Bring it up, and twist it again so it will secure into a knot.
Step 7: Bring it down, and tuck those two end pieces in.
AND YOUR DONE!

Back to the point...
So you have no make up on and your headed out the door.... what to do...what to do.
I say forget it and just go all natural. But if you just simply can not do it this is what you do...
Just grab some red lip stick and some bold earnings.
Put them on as you walk out the dore and your done!
As simple as that!
